Lilli holds two masters degrees, one in Communications and the other as a Licensed Master of Social Work. Lilli is a warm and creative clinician with over twenty years of experience as an individual and family advocate and counselor. The focus of her work addresses the challenges of receiving a diagnosis, dealing with loss, navigating life transitions, reducing grief and improving self-esteem.
Lilli has worked in therapeutic home-based programs, schools, and mental health facilities supporting people diagnosed with personality disorders, OCD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, and depression. She aims to meet the unique needs of every individual utilizing diverse, evidence-based treatments including CBT, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, trauma-focused, and strength-based interventions.
Lilli enjoys meeting people and building a trusting alliance together. She believes in the profound power of listening and providing a safe and welcoming space where one can be heard without judgment and in complete confidence.
